Ferry Back In Service

"The ferry Guemes is back in normal operation after permanent repairs were made to the control system on the ferry. A normal schedule will be run today and in the future.

As a reminder, there has been a modification where the vessel is operated with three crew members necessitating a slight change in schedule and passenger loading procedures."

"The Guemes Ferry has a mechanical problem and the technician from Rolls-Royce has arrived along with the parts to hopefully fix the difficulty. The problem lies in the electronic control panel for the number one out drive."
